AliExpress offers several aluminum bar risers for the Tenere 700 including off-set & non-offset, 20 & 25 mm rise in anodized black & silver supplied with longer hardened steel allen socket head bolts.

 

The Tenere 700 has enough cable & wiring slack to accommodate 25 mm or 1" bar risers without further modification that better suite my seated & standing positions for my 186 cm or 6' 1.5" body.
