Tenere 700 Adjustable, Foldable Levers

Bought from AliExpress online Quality & finish seem good, but will have to see how the bushing tolerances hold up over use.  The brake lever interfaces good with my Motorcycle Cruise 2 throttle lock. Almost forgot to transfer the bushing for the clutch...that would have made for sloppy clutch play....lol.

Shorty Clutch Lever Alteration

Removed the extension to create a true shorty for the clutch lever after installing the Camel 1 Finger Clutch Mod that allows lever travel completely to the grip vs previously hitting my knuckles...it improves modulation with the wider engagement range of the Camel mod.

Disclaimer: I am just a long time motorcycle enthusiast with moderate wrenching experience/skills (not a professional/Yamaha mechanic) & have compiled this info from others more experienced & knowledgeable as a reference based on my personal experience with my T7 that hopefully can help others. Fork Alignment & Right Fork Caliper/Rotor Position MUST Be Checked After Front Wheel Removal! T he T7 right front axle assembly is a floating design that, depending on several factors, may not correctly position the caliper & rotor for equal gap & can result in the rotor resting against the upper edge of the caliper...not a desirable situation if gone unnoticed. This information is NOT in the Yamaha Service Manual & can be an overlooked issue when changing the T7 front tire .. .the right fork's static/resting position is toward the outside on my T7, which incorrectly positions the inside edge of the caliper to make contact with the rotor ( has been posted by others

  2021 Yamaha Tenere 700 3 year Review The T7 has really impressed me with it's overall competence, quality, refinement, fun factor &  endearing synergy & cache. It has a big dirt bike feel while also being very road friendly with a jack of all trades, master of none capability that I really enjoy & appreciate.  Aside from its height & high center of gravity the T7 is confidence inspiring off-road & easy to ride with it's ample, linear, torque rich power & very good traction compliments of frame, swingarm & output shaft geometry optimized to push the rear tire down on acceleration.
