SW Motech EVO Quick Detach Luggage Racks: used thinner spacers on grab rail mounts & longer bolts & spacers on footrest mounts moving the racks closer & more parallel to the center line of bike. Total width at the front of bags (widest point) was reduced from 96.5 cm (38") to 91.5 cm (36") while positioning the bags more parallel to the bike & perpendicular to the ground via a combination of using narrower spacers on the upper 2 mounts (shared with the oem passenger grab rails) + 3.0 cm (1.2") spacers on the left footpeg mount & 2.5 cm (1") spacers on the right footpeg mount. Left bag is now 47 cm (18.5") off centre, right bag is 42.5 cm (16.75") off center at back or 89.5 cm (35.25") across.



Caribou 40 L Cases + Liners, Retention Lid Straps & Locks: spacious, durable, ease of use, good value, the case liner combines side/top load functionality, withstood a slow speed lay down on dirt no problem.



Kappa K49 Top Box w/Passenger Backrest + Custom LED Running/Stop/Turn Lights: wired with waterproof 5 pin flat trailer plugs, chosen for looks, functionality & ability to add additional lighting.

Disclaimer: I am just a long time motorcycle enthusiast with moderate wrenching experience/skills (not a professional/Yamaha mechanic) & have compiled this info from others more experienced & knowledgeable as a reference based on my personal experience with my T7 that hopefully can help others. Fork Alignment & Right Fork Caliper/Rotor Position MUST Be Checked After Front Wheel Removal! T he T7 right front axle assembly is a floating design that, depending on several factors, may not correctly position the caliper & rotor for equal gap & can result in the rotor resting against the upper edge of the caliper...not a desirable situation if gone unnoticed.
